The Renegade Diet is like all others that I have found and you have to have a cheat day were you can eat whatever you want. Remember you are now exercising so you can have a cheat. But myself no longer really like junk food may be a lolly here and there but as far as deep fried food – I find it has no flavor.

This is a change of life not a 2 week drop 5 kg deal. Most of the success stories are about 6 months for great results. As Jason says it is a Renegade Life.
